Outstanding job - highly recommend! Our roof needed replacing due to some areas of rotting wood. Jim from Canyon State Roofing came out and gave us a quote with different options and price points and explained the scope of the work to be done. Miguel was the foreman who supervised the work and gave us daily updates on its progress and answered any questions we had. Jim and Miguel as well as their crew were very professional and did a fantastic job replacing our roof for a good price. We were impressed with their attention to detail in placing the tiles and the quality of the underlayment and repair work was excellent - the roof now looks better than it did before! Thank you to Canyon State Roofing - we're very happy with your service!

After several weeks of battling my insurance company on a storm damaged roof replacement, Canyon State Roofing replaced my roof within a reasonable timeframe. They were in regular contact with me during the whole process and they did a very great job. The workers were also excellent and did quality work. I appreciate their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

Due to the recent Hurricane rains in AZ, our kitchen ceiling began to leak. We felt it was probably from the small overhanging roof above, but we needed someone to come out and assess the situation. When Jim arrived, I was immediately impressed by his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He did a thorough investigation into the potential issues and recommended that we go with a handyman, as he believed our roof was in overall good condition and the problem could be dealt with rather inexpensively. He easily could've upsold us and taken the job as he had already come all the way out, but he didn't. If we ever do need roof repair, we will absolutely go with Jim!

Last year we purchased a home that was 17 years old. We expected that we might need to replace the roof so we made a call to Canyon State Roofing to get an estimate. Today we met Jim McLain, who spent time telling us how his company goes about replacing the roof, the types of materials they use, and the warranty on the roof. After that he went upon the roof to inspect what needed to be done. To our surprise he told us our roof was good for probably another 5 years. He showed us photos of the roof and explained that the underlay was in good shape. WOW! We just met the most honest roofer ever. He definitely made our day.
I know when it is time for a new roof I will definitely call Jim McLain.

Thank you for taking the time to come up with real solutions for the roof on my building. I had 3 other bids from other roofers, ranging from $15,000- $80,000. But none of them were actually FIXING the original problem! After I was referred to you from a friend, I finally felt that you came up with a REAL solution, and I know the building will not have water coming in when it rains. Your installers were neat and friendly, and everyone in your company was super helpful. My phone calls and emails were always promptly returned, and your contract was easily understandable and very straightforward. THANK YOU for turning my nightmareish leaky roof into a great investment!

Canyon State Roofing is a company you can trust. Jim was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions with the utmost of patience. When my husband and I were deciding on what company to use, Jim took pictures of what was wrong with the roof so that those of us on the ground knew what he saw. Then, he gave us a number of price options based on immediate and long-term needs. When we had a question about the footings for our patio deck, he came out to the house right away to examine them. Because my husband and I were replacing the roof and second floor patio on a short sale home we wouldn’t be moving into immediately, we were cautious about who to choose since we would be working with the roofer remotely. In the end, we opted to go with Canyon State Roofing and were never disappointed. Robyn in the office was very polite and kept us all on track with the communication, contract, appointments, and follow-up. In the meantime, Jim periodically phoned me to let me know how the work was proceeding. Whenever my parents checked on the progress of the roof, Jim was always there working alongside his crew. I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing. They know their business and won’t steer you wrong.
